Insa Riepen holds the equivalent of a bachelor of arts degree in banking from Germany and a bachelor of arts degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI in marketing and journalism. She spent 13 years in the automotive industry, in accounting, procurement and national steel sales. She has owned and run her own business (B&B in Germany), worked in various banks and for IBM, Hamburg. She developed education and outreach programs for a municipal waste authority in Southeastern Michigan and taught workshops on a variety of topics from waste reduction, to composting and using native plants material to prevent run off into the Rouge River, MI.
As Executive Director at Recycle Utah, Insa has led the organization in growth of services to residents and businesses in Summit County since 1999. Insa is a member of the board of the Utah Non Profit Association and has been on the board of the Uintah RC&D Council. She is a member of the Park City Rotary Club. Insa is involved in a number of local non profits as a board member and participant. She is involved in local school activities and facilitates school-wide outreach messages.
Greta Andreini holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Montana. She has worked in the service industry ranging from Kinkos in Salt Lake to Globus/Cosmos Tour Group. At Recycle Utah she assists center operations and teaches education classes in all schools in Park City and Summit County. Greta directed and produced Recycle Utah's outstanding short film for teens, "Recycling 101." Volunteering to build a strong community, Greta started "Healing Hoops," a hoola hoop class for people with physical and mental challenges. She also volunteers in Park City schools and with other non-profits.
