The Park City Conservation Association dba Recycle Utah is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that has served residents of Summit County since 1991.

We are committed to reducing waste and preventing groundwater pollution in our community. We do so by offering various collection programs, education programs, workshops, and events. As long as the health of our local and global environment is a concern, we will strive to offer community-based resources and solutions.

Brief History: A group of concerned citizens established the Park City Conservation Association in 1991 in response to a dire lack of recycling opportunities in the Park City area. They made it their mission to collect recycling, promote water conservation, and eventually envision a zero-waste plan for Summit County. Today, we prevent 200 tons of valuable materials from wasting in the landfill every month. We accept over 45 different items for reuse, recycling, or hazardous waste treatment. Our environmental educators educate over 5,000 elementary school children annually throughout Summit and Wasatch County schools.
