The Park City Conservation Association dba Recycle Utah is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that has served residents of Summit County since 1991.
Our mission is to engage the community in practicing resource conservation through recycling services, education, outreach and advocacy.
We offer a variety of collection programs, education programs, workshops, and events. As long as the health of our local and global environment is a concern, we will strive to offer community-based resources and solutions. Operations Specialist (Part-Time, 20-25 hrs/week)
The Operations Specialist is an essential member of Recycle Utah’s team, supporting the safe, efficient, and community-centered operation of a busy recycling facility. This role operates key industrial equipment, manages material flow, assists the public with proper recycling, and ensures the center remains organized and hazard-free. This position is hands-on, public-facing, and ideal for someone with strong operational awareness, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and community service. The Operations Specialist may open and close the facility independently. The schedule is flexible; we are looking for someone to work 3 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday.

Especialista de Operaciones (Medio Tiempo, 20-25 hr/semana)
El/la Especialista de Operaciones es un miembro esencial del equipo de Recycle Utah, apoyando la operación segura, eficiente y centrada en la comunidad de una instalación de reciclaje con alta actividad. Este puesto opera equipos industriales clave, gestiona el flujo de materiales, asiste al público con el reciclaje adecuado y garantiza que el centro se mantenga organizado y libre de riesgos. Este puesto es práctico, de atención al público y es ideal para alguien con una fuerte conciencia operativa, aptitud mecánica y un compromiso con la seguridad y el servicio comunitario. El/la Especialista de Operaciones puede abrir y cerrar la instalación de manera independiente. El horario es flexible; buscamos a alguien que trabaje 3 turnos de 8 horas por semana, de lunes a viernes.
